About Us

Ministry In Motion is an organization that was established by Ms. Frankie Cook to provide mental health resources and services to the community of Dorchester Massachusetts and neighboring communities. We provide Life Coaching services, Therapeutic Art Life Coaching services and Art Therapy. Ms. Frankie obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Umass Boston in 2017. She worked for Cerebral Palsy of Massachusetts as a PCA for 13 years. While working there she had the opportunity to work with children with social, emotional, and behavior disorders giving her over 15 years of on hands experience with children. Ms. Frankie was certified in Advanced Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) in 2010, and Mental Well-Being in Children in 2013. In 2018 Ms. Frankie began working as a Life Coach. In 2019 she was certified in Positive Psychology Art Coaching and in  2020 Ms. Frankie completed her certification in Therapeutic Art Life Coaching. Ms. Frankie has collaborated her disciplines and created this social service called Ministry In Motion where mental wellness is made available with a holistic and fun approach. Ms. Frankie is currently a Seminarian at Gordon-Conwell the C.U.M.E Campus pursuing her Mastors degree in Divinity with a concentration in Urban Church Ministry. Ms. Frankie plans  to continue to minister to the youth in the community by way of this service until God directs her elsewhere.
